Moving around Los Angeles, he takes on cases while balancing a private life that includes being a father and having two ex-wives
Originally set up with CBS for a series commitment in 2020, it was canceled just before the first episode was due to be filmed due to COVID. This has now been picked up by Netflix for a 10-episode first season based on Mickey Haller’s second book, “The Brass Verdict.” Mickey Haller has multiple cars, all of which have personalized California license plates with legal terms.

Personalized California license plates allow for a maximum of seven letters/numbers, but all of Mickey’s plates have at least eight. I must say, I really had a great time watching The Lincoln Lawyer.
He handles all of Tyler’s cases, some big and some small
It’s about a down-on-his-luck lawyer named Mickey Haller (Manuel Garcia-Rulfo) who takes over a successful practice after the lawyer in charge is murdered and leaves his entire practice, including all of his clients, to Haller. Haller mostly hangs out in his Lincoln limo (hence the name The Lincoln Lawyer).
This show did so well that it was quickly renewed for season 2
Even though some of this is unbelievable, you’ll still have fun watching it. Season 2 just came out and so far it’s just as good, if not better, than the first.
